MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL INFORMATION–2017

New York Association of Long Term Care Administrators

Membership renewals are now due.  The 2017 dues continue at the same rate of $50.00 (if membership is processed by April  14, 2017—after this date membership dues are $60.00) allowing members to attend five educational programs at the special lower rate.  The seminar topics will be varied and timely, promising to be an excellent opportunity for licensure credits and personal growth.   **This year, the first seminar will be on April 21st and the information for this seminar will be sent out shortly.

Friday, December 1, 2017

Seminar Fees for 2017 are as follows:

Members:

$100           if registration form, membership application, and dues are postmarked

more than seven (7) days prior to the seminar.

$115               if registration form, membership application, and dues are postmarked

less than seven (7) days before the seminar.

Non-Members:

$130               if registration is postmarked more than seven days prior to the seminar.

$145               if registration is postmarked less than seven days prior to the seminar.

Be sure to mark these dates on your calendar!  You will receive a “Remember to Register” email several weeks prior to each program so you can download the Membership Application and Program Registration forms from our website:   www.nyaltca.org.  The 2017 Membership Application has also been attached with this correspondence.  If you do not have email/internet access, you can request a program announcement be sent to your work or home address.  Our Association will not take the responsibility when members do not make registration deadlines due to late/no notice.

The above programs are credentialed through the National Association of Boards of Examiners of Long Term Care Administrators (NAB).  NEW LOCATION: Each program will be held at The DoubleTree Hotel, 6301 State Route 298, East Syracuse, NY 13057 (NYS Thruway Exit 35, Route 298E off Carrier Circle). The programs run from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and will be granted a total of 6.0 hours for a full-day participation for all licensed/certified participants.
